Who they are / moulding stake. Tata AutoComp is a genuine Indian moulded-parts Tier-1. Its Interiors & Plastics Division (IPD, since 1998) engineers and makes full interior/exterior systems — cockpits, instrument and door panels, bumper assemblies, under-hood covers — with 100+ injection moulding systems from 60 t to 3,200 t, 2K and vertical machines, chemical foaming, in-mould graining/decoration and fabric back-injection, across 61 plants group-wide (India, NA, LatAm, Europe, China; JV heritage e.g. Nanjing Tata AutoComp).
